Following the successful kickoff of our event series "Young Female Talent: Careers in the Fund Industry" last year, we want to continue engaging with female students, graduates, and young professionals.

This event allows you to meet female role models from the finance industry in person. This year's event will focus on the exciting topic of "IMPACT": Few other industries offer such diverse career opportunities that can positively affect the future of the environment and society like investing. We aim to provide you with in-depth insights into these opportunities through a panel discussion, showcase the exciting career paths of our female role models, and answer your questions.

This event is organized by Amundi Germany, BNY Mellon, Deka, DWS, and Fondsfrauen, and offers numerous networking opportunities with female leaders and young professionals from these companies, fostering exchanges among students.
