Mentoring Program
Our exclusive mentoring program supports women on their career path through guidance and networking. Experienced mentors will accompany you for 12 months, sharing valuable insights. Requirement: a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

Buddy Program
Not yet 5 years of professional experience? No problem! For members at the beginning of their careers, we offer our Buddy Program. In small groups, guided by our Young Talents Steering Committeewe start with joint meetings. Depending on the number of participants, 1:1 meetings complement the program, which supports you for 12 months.
