Mentoring program
Through our popular mentoring program, we actively accompany women on their career path through advice and exchange. It is not only important to show female role models, but also to work with them.
Our mentoring program is available exclusively to our members who have at least five years of professional experience. It offers you access to high-caliber and experienced women who will accompany you for 12 months as part of a trusting exchange.
Buddy Program
You don't have five years of work experience yet? Don't worry, since 2022 we offer you the opportunity to be part of our new Buddy Programme! This programme is aimed at our members who are still at the beginning of their career.
To kick off the buddy program, we will hold meetings in small groups together with our Young Talents Steering Committee . Depending on the number of applicants, these group meetings are supplemented by 1:1 meetings. As a participant, our buddies will then accompany you for 12 months.
