In autumn Moventum relaunched its management and investment platform "MoventumOffice": It was brought up to the latest technological standards and restructured in terms of content. "As a specialised provider of services and tools for all aspects of securities, we are now aligning ourselves precisely with our clients," says Sabine Said, Chief Executive Officer of Moventum S.C.A. in Luxembourg.

Around one million transactions per year
Around one million transactions are carried out annually via the "MoventumOffice" platform. It provides access to more than 10,000 funds, ETFs and securities. Financial advisors use it to open and manage client portfolios and can access various analysis, reporting and support tools. Trading orders can also be placed here with just a few clicks. "We want to offer needs-based services and solutions for the individual requirements of financial advisors and their clients," says Said.

Now independent of space and time
In the new MoventumOffice, account and deposit openings can now be carried out completely paperless with a digital contract signature. The client identifies himself via video identity and signs the contract electronically. "Fully digital onboarding can now be activated with just one click through the platform," says Said. "This not only saves paper, but also time, and it brings flexibility."

In addition, the account and custody account models in the system have been restructured and the selection process has been made simpler: "Four models can be selected that are geared to the specific investment behaviour of the respective client," explains Said. Thus, private investors can choose between the following models with their advisors:

  • MOVEclassic, the classic securities account
  • MOVEflex, the securities account with flexible fee structure
  • MOVEeasy, the portfolio with focus on prepared selection strategies and different risk/opportunity classes
  • MOVEactive, the fund-based asset management managed by the experts at Moventum Asset Management.

In addition, MoventumOffice has received a visible facelift and a more user-friendly navigation area.

Women benefit particularly
The update of the platform particularly helps female counsellors in their work: "Women often need more flexibility to be able to reconcile family and career. The update enables them to work 100% online: From the counselling session via Zoom, to opening an account, to documenting the counselling session and the individual transactions," said Said. These are important aids for female counsellors, but of course also for counsellors, in the daily counselling process.
