We are living in exciting times, and the demands for expertise, loyalty, organizational strength, and resilience are high. We stay focused and ensure that women in the finance industry can advance on an equal footing and that companies can benefit from increased diversity.
It was great that we were able to meet and exchange ideas in person so often again in 2023: Compared to the previous year, we almost doubled the number of our events, we introduced lunches in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt, launched a new community in Hamburg with various events and greatly expanded the community in Luxembourg and Switzerland. Oh yes, and we also added a new "rising star" award. In addition, the digital lunch talks have successfully established themselves as a fixed monthly programme item. They provide our members with a practical "knowledge snack" during their lunch break.
But we'll also be coming up with lots of new ideas for you in 2024 - that's a promise! It starts in January with the Fondsfrauen Summit in Mannheim, many face-to-face meetings, gender studies, the awards, the mentoring programme and much more. Take advantage of the many opportunities on offer here!
We look forward to seeing you again in 2024 to inspire and advance each other. We look forward to meeting many of you soon at the Fondsfrauen Gipfel ( summit) in Mannheim on January 23rd, 2024!
