What makes Fondsfrauen special for you?

For us, Fondsfrauen is more than a network, it is a platform for inspiration and exchange. Women from the finance industry come together here to empower one another and open up new perspectives. It is not just about contacts, but about real encounters that open doors. For us at Plansecur, this is a great opportunity to be part of a movement that promotes diversity and visibility.

What experiences have you had so far?

We have taken part in in person events such as the Fondsfrauen Summit in Frankfurt and Business Lunches in Berlin and Köln. We were also invited as interview partners at a Digital Lunch to speak about the future of the profession. These formats are inspiring and offer the chance to highlight our industry and the opportunities of self employment. Our network has also expanded through LinkedIn, which is a real added value.

What does the membership bring you personally and professionally?

Clearly, visibility and networking. We can present Plansecur as a company while also inspiring women to consider the opportunities of working independently. For us, it is important to actively shape the industry and provide new impulses. And honestly, it is simply fun to exchange ideas with women who have similar challenges and goals.

How is collaboration at Plansecur? How do you live diversity within the company?

At Plansecur, collaboration is characterized by openness and respect, regardless of background, age, gender, or sexual orientation. With our membership in Fondsfrauen, we underline this commitment and make a conscious statement in favor of diversity, which we want to promote and develop sustainably.

Why is it worth becoming a member of Fondsfrauen?

Because you become part of a strong community that supports and promotes women in the finance industry. Fondsfrauen offers knowledge, exchange, and inspiration, whether at in person events, digital formats, or via social media. For us at Plansecur, it is a valuable partnership that not only strengthens our brand but also advances diversity in the industry.
