Our new 2025 Impact Report is complete and was presented at the Fondsfrauen Summit 2025 in Frankfurt – our biggest event to date!
What’s new in this year’s Impact Report? Our community has grown from around 4,000 to 5,000 members. The strongest growth over the past year was seen in Switzerland – the share of members from Switzerland increased from 24% to 31%.
The number of companies that support and sponsor us has risen from 60 to over 80. This means that 80 companies from the financial industry have clearly committed themselves to actively pursuing their diversity goals by becoming members of Fondsfrauen.
Auf Grund der größeren Community konnten wir auch unser Mentoring program weiter ausbauen. Die Anzahl der Mentorships erreichte 2025 ihr bisheriges All-Time-High.
Ebenso erfreuen sich unsere Events immer weiterer Beliebtheit, und deren Anzahl steig von 25 auf über 80.
Even though the topic of diversity is currently facing headwinds in the U.S., we remain committed to our mission: as the leading network for women in the financial industry, we will continue to inspire, empower, and connect women.
