Since the beginning of our network we have a top-class advisory board with high-profile women in our industry. The advisory board helps us to illuminate the different aspects of our women's network and to continuously adapt our offer to the needs of our members.

We are pleased to announce two new appointments who will be joining us on the Advisory Board.

We welcome our two new advisory board members:

  • Katja Lammert, Managing Director of MEAG
  • Madeleine Sander, Chief Growth & Transformation Officer (Member of the Management Board), Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG

Both are important role models in the financial sector and have been very committed to gender equality in our industry in the past. Therefore, us Fondsfrauen are looking forward to a continued fruitful cooperation with the now expanded advisory board!

Madeleine Sander
Madeleine Sander is one of the few women on the board of a German bank. According to Statista, there were only 14.4% female board members at large banks in Germany in 2022, which is at least an improvement on earlier years.

She has long campaigned for more women in finance and especially for financial education for women (seeher interview with Fondsfrauen).).

On the Management Board of Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe, of which she has been a member since 2022, Madeleine Sander is responsible for Finance/Tax and Innovations Management (with a focus on Corporate Strategy & M&A, ESG, Digital Transformation and the house's digital asset management called "Zeedin“) verantwortlich. Zuvor war sie als CFO sowie als Head of Corporate Development für das Bankhaus tätig. Sie ist diplomierte Mathematikerin.

Katja Lammert
Katja Lammert has supported the Fondsfrauen since its foundation with her expertise and good ideas and is also committed in her profession to helping women get ahead. She is also considered a role model in the industry by many women, which shows: Don't complain, just do it! And don't take everything so seriously! This can be seen in her interviews with the Fondsfrauen:

Katja Lammert is Chief Administration Officer at MEAG. She is responsible for Legal, Regulatory & Compliance, Operations, Portfolio Administration, ESG and Outsourcing Management & IT Governance. Previously, she was a self-employed lawyer advising institutional investors and product providers. From 2001 to 2019, she worked at BayernInvest Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, where she was responsible as a member of the management board and head of syndication from 2014.

Commenting on her advisory board position at Fondsfrauen, the fully qualified lawyer says: "I am very happy to become an advisory board member at Fondsfrauen, because the network is committed to a cause that is very close to my heart: the promotion and equality of women in the financial industry. We want to encourage women to strengthen their financial literacy, to take their investment decisions into their own hands, and also to inspire them to pursue a career in finance."

Welcome, both of you!
